Do I own the lights and other decorations on my house?

Yes, Everything that is put onto your house is owned by you, at no time will you be charged again for the material on your house.

Do I have to follow exactly what the designer plans?

No, the designer is just going to provide you with his idea.  He will draw out anything that you want done to your home.

Do I have to add year after year?

No, there is no requirement that says you need to add lights year after year.

Can I come up with a master plan and then choose to start small and add a little every year?

Yes, we understand that it is not easy to deck out your house in a single year.  We can work with you to add slowly every year until your house is just the way you want it.

Will the price be the same year after year?

No, the first year is usually the most expensive because you pay for the materials used and the labor. After that you will only pay for the labor cost unless you add to your light show.  We are the only company in this field that does not overcharge you for work that does not happen to your home, or materials that are not used on your house.

Do I have to pay extra money for the service throughout the season?

No, your service throughout the season is part of having us do your lights.  We do everything possible to make sure we don’t have to come back to your home to fix things, although something’s happen that are out of our control, it is on us if we need to come back.

How do I get something fixed if I see a problem?

All you need to do is call us and we will come to your house within 24 hours of your phone call.
